法令ハンドブック is an Android application developed by nid3ro that allows users to access and browse legal documents offline. The app utilizes the e-Gov Law Search API provided by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications to import legal data, including the Constitution, laws, Cabinet orders, Imperial orders, ministerial ordinances, prefectural orders, and rules. Additionally, it includes the major regulations of the Supreme Court.
To use the app, users need to download the necessary legal documents after installation. Once downloaded, the documents can be accessed even without an internet connection, making it convenient for users on the go.
The main features of the app include a classification list for organizing downloaded legal documents, a text viewing screen for searching and navigating through the articles, a bookmark function to save the reading position, and a marker function to highlight selected text. The app also supports up to eight tabs for multitasking.
Please note that viewing PDFs included in the legal data and Supreme Court regulations requires a separate PDF viewer. Displaying large legal text data may take some time, and in some cases, certain texts may not be displayed. The accuracy of the data is not guaranteed, and the app may undergo changes without prior notice. The developer does not take responsibility for any damages caused by the use of the app.
